Integrity
As a third-party company, Extensive Standard Technical Services Co., Ltd. (ESTS) believes in the basic rules of independence, objectiveness and integrity. We inform and train our employees on our integrity policy. ESTS implements zero tolerance policy and will terminate employment immediately for any employees violating the integrity policy. Please report any violation to our independent Integrity Department at integrity@estsglobal.com.

Appeals, Complaints, and Disputes Management
ESTS attaches great importance to customer satisfaction. In order to continuously improve our service quality, we will humbly listen to your opinions or suggestions and make timely investigation and addressing. If you have any comments or suggestions regarding the Certification, Auditing and Verification activities of ESTS or the client companies certified, audited and verified by ESTS, you are welcome to present to ESTS Integrity Committee at E-mail: integrity@estsglobal.com

To facilitate communication, the ESTS Complaint & Appeal Resolution Procedure is available in multiple local languages: Chinese, English, German, French, Filipino, Cambodian (Khmer), Lao, Malay, Thai, Indonesian and Vietnamese. In the event of any discrepancy among different language versions of this procedure document, the Chinese version shall prevail.
