- ESTS fully understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out its management system certification activities. Our structure, policies and procedures are designed to manage any conflict of interest and to ensure the objectivity of our management system certification activities.
- ESTS management conducts risk assessment annually on impartiality and potential conflict of interest relating to management system certification business. These risk assessments and related managing actions are reviewed by an independent impartiality committee, which is made up of members from our significant stakeholders.
- Conflict of Interest and objectivity is further covered through regular training and monitoring to ensure all management system certification activities are conducted in an independent and impartial manner.
The above statements declare ESTS's standpoint of impartiality, integrity and independence. All employees of ESTS should implement strictly and we welcome supervision from the society.
